Join Marcus in the kitchen for a 1/2-day Paella and Churros Cooking Class and learn how to make authentic paella and churros. Marcus’ paella uses local vegetables and seafood. You will immerse in the scent of saffron and our secret stock!
The churros are legendary here on the island and we use the local chocolate, which is rated as some of the best in the world.
You will also learn how to make our famous flatbreads, born in the Catalan area. You will definitely eat way too much in this class.
